Mary Darling Supports STEM for Girls at Arizona’s SheTech Explorer Day 2022
Mary Darling, CEO of Darling Geomatics, will be demonstrating high tech digital data collection with LiDAR to high school age girls who are interested in STEM curricula at the 2022 SheTech Explorer Day on March 2, 2022. This is our third year of participating in the event.
As a woman-owned business in a technical industry, we are proud to be working with Women Tech Council to inspire local high school girls into STEM degrees and technical career pathways.
SheTech is a one-day free event for high school girls that features hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) alongside women professionals from a variety of backgrounds and industries. The 2022 SheTech Explorer Day will be at the Tucson Convention Center and is hosted by the City of Tucson Office of Economic Initiatives with partners including Raytheon, Pima Community College, and UA Tech Parks Arizona.
