Job Title: RLS or LSIT - Geospatial Surveying Project Manager

SUMMARY
We’re a Tucson-based geospatial firm seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) with strong project management experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate land surveying/geospatial projects.
- Perform CAD drafting (AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and proposals.
- Support field crews and ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- PLS (Arizona) or LSIT with path to licensure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 3+ years experience in surveying or geospatial work.
- Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience writing proposals and estimating.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to carry 50 pounds of equipment up and down steep mountains.
- Ability to work outdoors in uncomfortable weather conditions.
- Ability to be on your feet 8 to 10 hours a day, including remote work locations.
- Experience with safety protocols and procedures in field operations.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Arizona land regulations.
- Public sector or DOT project experience.
